أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ قَالَ
قَالَ عُمَرُ «إِيَّاكُمْ وَطَعَامًا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَكْرَهُهُ الثُّومَ وَالْبَصَلَ فَمَنْ أَرَادَ أَكْلَهُ فَلَا يَأْكُلْهُ حَتَّى يَقْتُلَهُ بِالنُّضْجِ»
Translation

✧ Umar said: "Beware of food that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ detested: garlic and onions. Whoever wants to eat it should not eat it until he kills it by thorough cooking."
