أَخْبَرَنِي مَحْمُودُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ الدِّمَشْقِيَّ عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ قَبِيصَةَ بْنِ ذُؤَيْبٍ أَنَّ الْجَدَّةَ جَاءَتْ فِي عَهْدِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ تَلْتَمِسُ أَنْ تُوَرَّثَ فَقَالَ

أَبُو بَكْرٍ مَا أَجِدُ لَكِ فِي كِتَابِ اللهِ شَيْئًا وَمَا عَلِمْتُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ ذَكَرَ شَيْئًا وَسَأَسْأَلُ النَّاسَ الْعَشِيَّةَ فَلَمَّا صَلَّى الظُّهْرَ قَامَ فِي النَّاسِ فَسَأَلَهُمْ قَالَ الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ شُعْبَةَ قَدْ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يُعْطِيهَا السُّدُسَ قَالَ هَلْ سَمِعَ ذَلِكَ مَعَكَ أَحَدٌ؟ فَنَادَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ فَقَالَ قَدْ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يُعْطِيهَا السُّدُسَ فَأَنْفَذَ ذَلِكَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَخْبَرَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ نَصْرٍ الْجَهْضَمِيُّ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ قَبِيصَةَ بْنِ ذُؤَيْبٍ أَنَّ جَدَّةً أَتَتْ أَبَا بَكْرٍ وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ [112] 6307 أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَبَلَةَ الرَّافِقِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَمْرٍو الرَّقِّيَّ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ يَعْنِي ابْنَ رَاشِدٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ قَبِيصَةَ بْنِ ذُؤَيْبٍ أَنَّ الْجَدَّةَ أُمَّ الأُمِّ أَتَتْ أَبَا بَكْرٍ وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ 6308 أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَبَلَةَ الرَّافِقِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَمْرٍو الرَّقِّيَّ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ يَعْنِي ابْنَ رَاشِدٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ قَبِيصَةَ بْنِ ذُؤَيْبٍ أَنَّ الْجَدَّةَ أُمَّ الْأُمِّ أَتَتْ أَبَا بَكْرٍ وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الزُّهْرِيُّ لَمْ يَسْمَعْهُ مِنْ قَبِيصَةَ 6309 أَخْبَرَنِي عِمْرَانُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ الْبَرَّادُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ يَعْنِي الْحَكَمَ بْنَ نَافِعٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ قَبِيصَةُ جَاءَتِ الْجَدَّةُ وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ 6310 أَخْبَرَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْهَيْثَمِ الْأَيْلِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ نَزَارٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ مَبْرُورٍ عَنْ يُونُسَ قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ زَعَمَ قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ ذُؤَيْبٍ أَنَّ الْجَدَّةَ أَتَتْ أَبَا بَكْرٍ وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ 6311 أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الْمُقْرِئُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ قَبِيصَةَ بْنِ ذُؤَيْبٍ أَنَّ الْجَدَّةَ أَتَتْ إِلَى أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ

✧ Abu Bakr said: 'I find nothing for you in the Book of Allah, and I do not know that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ mentioned anything. I will ask the people this evening.' After he prayed Zuhr, he stood among the people and asked them. Al-Mughira b. Shu'ba said: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ give her one-sixth.' He said: 'Did anyone hear that with you?' Muhammad b. Maslama called out to him and said: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ give her one-sixth.' So Abu Bakr carried that out. Nasr b. Ali b. Nasr al-Jahdami informed us; he said: Abd al-A'la, meaning Ibn Abd al-A'la, informed us; he said: Ma'mar narrated to us from al-Zuhri from Qabisa b. Dhu'ayb that a grandmother came to Abu Bakr, and he related the hadith. [112] 6307 Muhammad b. Jabala al-Rafiqi informed me; he said: Abdullah b. Sulaym narrated to us; he said: Ubaydullah, meaning Ibn Amr al-Raqqi, narrated to us from Ishaq, meaning Ibn Rashid, from al-Zuhri from Qabisa b. Dhu'ayb that the grandmother, the mother's mother, came to Abu Bakr, and he related the hadith. 6308 Muhammad b. Jabala al-Rafiqi informed me; he said: Abdullah b. Sulaym narrated to us; he said: Ubaydullah, meaning Ibn Amr al-Raqqi, narrated to us from Ishaq, meaning Ibn Rashid, from al-Zuhri from Qabisa b. Dhu'ayb that the grandmother, the mother's mother, came to Abu Bakr, and he related the hadith. Abu Abd al-Rahman said: al-Zuhri did not hear it from Qabisa. 6309 Imran b. Bakkar al-Barrad informed me; he said: Abu al-Yaman, meaning al-Hakam b. Nafi, narrated to us; he said: Shu'ayb informed us from al-Zuhri; he said: Qabisa said: The grandmother came, and he related the hadith. 6310 Harun b. Sa'id b. al-Haytham al-Ayli informed us; he said: Khalid b. Nizar narrated to us; he said: al-Qasim b. Mabur informed us from Yunus; Ibn Shihab said: Qabisa b. Dhu'ayb claimed that the grandmother came to Abu Bakr, and he related the hadith. 6311 Muhammad b. Abdullah b. Yazid al-Muqri informed us; he said: Sufyan narrated to us; he said: I heard al-Zuhri narrating from a man from Qabisa b. Dhu'ayb that the grandmother came to Abu Bakr, and he related the hadith.
