أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ بُنْدَارٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ يَعْنِي سُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيَّ وَعَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَلَّامٍ الطَّرَسُوسِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا هَمَّامُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ

أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ إِنَّ ابْنَ ابْنِي مَاتَ فَمَا لِي مِنْ مِيرَاثِهِ؟ فَقَالَ «لَكَ السُّدُسُ» فَلَمَّا وَلَّى دَعَاهُ فَقَالَ «لَكَ سُدُسٌ آخَرُ» فَلَمَّا وَلَّى دَعَاهُ فَقَالَ «إِنَّ السُّدُسَ الْآخَرَ طُعْمَةٌ» وَقَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ فَلَمَّا أَدْبَرَ قَالَ لَكَ سُدُسٌ آخَرُ وَالْآخَرُ طُعْمَةٌ لَكَ

✧ A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: 'My grandson has died; what do I inherit from him?' He said: 'You get one-sixth.' When he turned to leave, he called him and said: 'You get another sixth.' When he turned to leave, he called him and said: 'The other sixth is a gift.' Muhammad said in his narration: 'When he turned away, he said: You get another sixth, and the other is a gift for you.'
