أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَضِرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا هُشَيْمٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَنْصُورٌ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ وأَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَشْعَثِ عَنْ شَدَّادِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ قَالَ
كُنْتُ أَمْشِي مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ عَامَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ لِثَمَانَ عَشْرَةَ أَوْ لِسَبْعِ عَشْرَةَ مَضَتْ مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ فَمَرَّ بِرَجُلٍ يَحْتَجِمُ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «أَفْطَرَ الْحَاجِمُ وَالْمَحْجُومُ»

✧ I was walking with the Prophet ﷺ in the year of the conquest of Makkah, on the eighteenth or seventeenth of Ramadan, and he passed by a man being cupped. The Prophet ﷺ said: "The cupper and the one cupped have broken their fast."
