أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «جُرْحُ الْعَجْمَاءِ جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمْسُ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “The wound caused by a beast is without liability, and [falling into] a well is without liability, and [working in] a mine is without liability, and on buried treasure one-fifth is due.”
