أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَنْصُورٌ وَهِشَامٌ عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَالْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمْسُ»

Translation

  5. Abū Hurayrah

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “[Falling into] a well is without liability, and the injury caused by a beast is without liability, and [working in] a mine is without liability, and on buried treasure one-fifth is due.”
