أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ إِسْحَاقُ وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «الْعَجْمَاءُ جُرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ» [35] 2287 أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ وَعُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ مِثْلِهِ

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, he said: “The injury caused by a beast is without liability, and [falling into] a well is without liability, and [working in] a mine is without liability, and on buried treasure one-fifth is due.” [35] 2287 Yunus b. 'Abd al-A'la informed us, he said: Ibn Wahb informed us, he said: Yunus informed me from Ibn Shihab from Sa'id and 'Ubayd Allah b. 'Abd Allah from Abu Hurayrah from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ similarly.
