أَخْبَرَنِي هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الْحَفَرِيُّ عَنْ حَفْصٍ وَهُوَ ابْنُ غِيَاثٍ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ وَهُو الطَّوِيلُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ
رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «يُصَلِّي مُتَرَبِّعًا» قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ لَا نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا رَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ غَيْرَ أَبِي دَاوُدَ الْحَفْرِيِّ عَنْ حَفْصٍ

✧ I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ praying cross-legged. Abu Abd al-Rahman said, 'We do not know of anyone who narrated this hadith other than Abu Dawud al-Hafri from Hafs.'
