أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمَخْرَمِيُّ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ
خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى نَاسٍ وَهُمْ يُصَلُّونَ قُعُودًا مِنْ مَرِضٍ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «صَلَاةُ الْقَاعِدِ عَلَى مِثْلِ نِصْفِ صَلَاةِ الْقَائِمِ» قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ هَذَا خَطَأٌ وَالصَّوَابُ إِسْمَاعِيلُ عَنْ مَوْلًى لِابْنِ الْعَاصِي عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out to some people who were praying seated due to illness, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'The prayer of the one seated is equivalent to half the prayer of the one standing.' Abu Abd al-Rahman said, 'This is an error. The correct version is Ismail from a mawla of Ibn al-Asi from Abdullah b. Amr.'
