✧ what the Prophet ﷺ used to recite upon himself when he felt sick

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ
«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا اشْتَكَى يَقْرَأُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ بِالْمُعَوِّذَاتِ وَيَنْفُثُ فَلَمَّا اشْتَدَّ وَجَعُهُ كُنْتُ أَقْرَأُ عَلَيْهِ وَأَمْسَحُ عَلَيْهِ بِيَدِهِ رَجَاءَ بَرَكَتِهَا»

✧ When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ fell ill, he would recite over himself the mu'awwidhat and blow, and when his pain became severe, I would recite over him and wipe over him with his hand, hoping for its blessing.
