أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ قُدَامَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ مِنْهَالِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُعَوِّذُ حَسَنًا وَحُسَيْنًا «أُعِيذُكُمَا بِكَلِمَاتِ اللهِ التَّامَّةِ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَهَامَّةٍ وَمِنْ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لَامَّةٍ» وَكَانَ يَقُولُ «كَانَ أَبُوكُمَا يُعَوِّذُ بِهِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ وَإِسْحَاقَ» [371] 10780 أَخْبَرَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنِ الْمِنْهَالِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُعَوِّذُ حَسَنًا وَحُسَيْنًا مُرْسَلًا

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to seek refuge for Hasan and Husain: 'I seek refuge for you two with the perfect words of Allah from every devil, poisonous creature, and from every harmful eye.' And he would say, 'Your father used to seek refuge with it for Isma'il and Ishaq.' [371] 10780 Zakariyya b. Yahya informed us, he said: Ishaq b. Ibrahim narrated to us, he said: Jarir informed us, from al-A'mash, from al-Minhal b. 'Amr, from 'Abd Allah b. al-Harith, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to seek refuge for Hasan and Husain, in mursal form.
