أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ وَأَبُو عَامِرٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنِ الْمِنْهَالِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُعَوِّذُ الْحَسَنَ وَالْحُسَيْنَ «أُعِيذُكُمَا بِكَلِمَاتِ اللهِ التَّامَّةِ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَهَامَّةٍ وَمَنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لَامَّةٍ» وَيَقُولُ «هَكَذَا كَانَ أَبِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ يُعَوِّذُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ وَإِسْحَاقَ»

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ that he used to seek refuge for al-Hasan and al-Husain: 'I seek refuge for you two with the perfect words of Allah from every devil, poisonous creature, and from every harmful eye.' And he would say, 'Thus my father Ibrahim used to seek refuge for Isma'il and Ishaq.'
