✧ The Prophet ﷺ, when he retired to his bed every night, “would join his palms together, blow into them, and recite in them: ‘Say: He is Allah, the One,’ ‘Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of the daybreak,’ and ‘Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind.’ Then he would wipe with them whatever he could of his body, beginning with them on his head and face and what faced him of his body. He would do that three times.”
