أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الْمُهَلَّبِ بْنِ أَبِي صُفْرَةَ قَالَ
حَدَّثَنِي رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ لَيْلَةَ الْخَنْدَقِ «إِنِّي لَا أَرَى الْقَوْمَ إِلَّا مُبَيِّتِيكُمْ فَإِنَّ شِعَارَكُمْ حم لَا يُنْصَرُونَ»

✧ A man from the companions of the Prophet ﷺ told me: The Prophet ﷺ said on the night of the Trench: “I do not think the people except as night attackers against you, so your slogan is: ‘Ha-Mim, they will not be helped.’”
