وَحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ إِدْرِيسَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَاصِمُ بْنُ كُلَيْبٍ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ قَالَ
قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ قُلِ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْهُدَى وَالسَّدَادَ
Translation

وَحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ إِدْرِيسَ - أَخْبَرَنَا عَاصِمُ بْنُ كُلَيْبٍ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ قَالَ قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " قُلِ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْهُدَى وَالسَّدَادَ ". ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ بِمِثْلِهِ
machine translationAnd Ibn Numayr narrated to us: ʿAbdullāh, meaning Ibn Idrīs, narrated to us: ʿĀṣim b. Kulayb informed us with this chain of transmission. He said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to me: "Say: O Allah, I ask You for guidance and rectitude." Then he mentioned the like of it.
