Supporting One's Brother Whether He Is Doing Wrong Or Being Wronged

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ قَالَ ابْنُ رَافِعٍ حَدَّثَنَا وَقَالَ الآخَرَانِ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ
كَسَعَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ رَجُلاً مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَسَأَلَهُ الْقَوَدَ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ دَعُوهَا فَإِنَّهَا مُنْتِنَةٌ

Leave it. for it is something disgusting. Ibn Mansur said that in the narration transmitted on the authority of Amr (these words are also found):" I heard Jabir."
