حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي حَفْصَةَ عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لِعَلِيٍّ يَا عَلِيُّ لاَ يَحِلُّ لأَحَدٍ أَنْ يُجْنِبَ فِي هَذَا الْمَسْجِدِ غَيْرِي وَغَيْرَكَ قَالَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ قُلْتُ لِضِرَارِ بْنِ صُرَدَ مَا مَعْنَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ قَالَ لاَ يَحِلُّ لأَحَدٍ يَسْتَطْرِقُهُ جُنُبًا غَيْرِي وَغَيْرُكَ
Translation

هذا حديث حسن غريب لا نعرفه إلا من هذا الوجه قال وسمع مني البخاري هذا الحديث واستغربه قلت سببه أن مداره على سالم بن أبي حفصة وعطية العوفي وهما ضعيفان جدا شيعيان متهمان في رواية هذا الحديث وقد أجمعوا على تضعيف سالم وعللوه بالتشيع والجمهور على تضعيف عطية فيعترض إذا على الترمذي في تحسينه له لا جرم اعترض عليه ابن دحية في كتابه مرج البحرين لكن قد يقال لعله اعتضد عنده بشاهد آخر أو متابع فصار حسنا به وقد ذكره البغوي في مصابيحه على اصطلاحه ونقل بعضهم عن ابن الجوزي أنه نسبه إلى الوضع
