machine translationAbū Hārūn al-ʿAbdī is one whose ḥadīth is rejected (munkar al-ḥadīth) according to all of them, abandoned (matrūk); his ḥadīth is not to be written down. Ḥammād b. Zayd ascribed lying to him, saying: He would narrate one thing in the morning and another in the evening.
