✧ The night prayer (tahajjud)

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبَانَ، ثَنَا عَنْبَسَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ ؓ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ:

إِذَا نَامَ أَحَدُكُمْ، وَفِي نَفْسِهِ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَلْيَصْنَعْ قَبْضَةً مِنْ تُرَابٍ عِنْدَهُ، فَإِذَا انْتَبَهَ فَلْيَقْبِضْ بِيَمِينِهِ قَبْضَةً، ثُمَّ لِيَحْصِبْ عَنْ شِمَالِهِ
