✧ My grandfather narrated to us: Ibn Wahb narrated to us, from 'Amr b. al-Harith, from 'Ata', from Ibn 'Abbas ؓ, mentioning it. He erred in his saying 'from 'Amr b. al-Harith'—it is actually Talhah b. 'Amr. And Ahmad b. Tahir: al-Daraqutni and others declared him a liar. Al-Tabarani narrated it in al-Awsat from Ahmad b. Tahir.
