✧ The Description of the Fire and Its People, May Allah Protect Us from It

وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، ثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ الرَّقَاشِيِّ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ؓ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

لَوْ أَنَّ حَجَرًا كَسَبْعِ خَلِفَاتٍ بِشُحُومِهِنَّ وَأَوْلَادِهِنَّ أُلْقِيَ فِي جَهَنَّمَ لَهَوَى سَبْعِينَ عَامًا، لَا يَبْلُغُ قَعْرَهَا

Translation

✧ If a stone like seven pregnant camels with their fat and their young were thrown into Hell, it would fall for seventy years without reaching its bottom.
