✧ What to Say When Going to Bed

قَالَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ شَهْرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا رَجُلٌ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ ؓ قَالَ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

« مَنْ نَامَ طَاهِرًا فَتَعَارَّ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ، لَمْ يَسْأَلِ اللهَ تَعَالَى شَيْئًا مِنْ أَمْرِ الْآخِرَةِ وَالدُّنْيَا إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ

Translation

✧ Whoever sleeps in a state of purity and then wakes up during the night, he will not ask Allah, Exalted is He, for anything of the affairs of the Hereafter or this world except that He will give it to him.
