وَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ، ثَنَا سَلَمَةُ هُوَ ابْنُ وَرْدَانَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا ؓ، يَقُولُ:
أَتَتِ امْرَأَةٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ تَشْكُو إِلَيْهِ الْحَاجَةَ، فَقَالَ ﷺ: « أَلَا أَدُلُّكِ عَلَى خَيْرٍ مِنْ ذَلِكَ ؟ تُهَلِّلِينَ اللهَ تَعَالَى ثَلَاثًا وَثَلَاثِينَ عِنْدَ مَنَامِكِ، وَتُسَبِّحِينَهُ ثَلَاثًا وَثَلَاثِينَ، وَتَحْمَدِينَهُ أَرْبَعًا وَثَلَاثِينَ، فَإِنَّ تِلْكَ مِائَةٌ خَيْرٌ لَكِ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَمَا فِيهَا
Translation

✧ A woman came to the Prophet ﷺ complaining to him of need. He ﷺ said: "Shall I not direct you to something better than that? You should declare the oneness of Allah, Exalted is He, thirty-three times when you go to bed, and glorify Him thirty-three times, and praise Him thirty-four times. That is one hundred, better for you than the world and all that is in it."
