وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى: حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ "، ثَنَا مَكِّيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الْجُعَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ " هُوَ الْخَطْمِيُّ

" أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ كَعْبٍ " الْقُرَظِيَّ "، يَسْأَلُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ " الْخُدْرِيَّ " ؓ: مَا سَمِعْتَ أَبَاكَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ ؟ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يَقُولُ: " سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: مَثَلُ الَّذِي يَلْعَبُ بِالنَّرْدِ، ثُمَّ يَقُومُ فَيُصَلِّي مَثَلُ الَّذِي يَتَوَضَّأُ بِالْقَيْحِ وَدَمِ الْخِنْزِيرِ يَقُولُ: " لَا تُقْبَلُ صَلَاتُهُ ".

✧ He heard Muhammad b. Kab al-Qurazi asking Abd al-Rahman b. Abi Said al-Khudri ؓ: What did you hear your father narrate from the Prophet ﷺ? He said: I heard my father say: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: The likeness of one who plays backgammon then stands to pray is like one who performs ablution with pus and pig's blood, saying: His prayer is not accepted.
