✧ Virtue of a comfortable mount

قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ مِخْرَاقٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ قُرَّةَ - أَوْ قُرَّةَ، شَكَّ أَبُو بَكْرٍ - أَنَّهُ يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ، قَالَ:

ثَلَاثٌ مِنْ نَعِيمِ الدُّنْيَا، وَإِنْ كَانَ لَا نَعِيمَ لَهَا: مَرْكَبٌ وَطِيءٌ، وَالْمَرْأَةُ الصَّالِحَةُ، وَالْمَنْزِلُ الْوَاسِعُ

✧ Three things are among the comforts of this world, even if it has no comfort: a smooth mount, a righteous wife, and a spacious dwelling.
