✧ Prohibition of killing women, children, traders, delegations, and messengers

قَالَ إِسْحَاقُ: أَخْبَرَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي حَفْصَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَوْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، وَكَانَ قَائِدَ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ؓ، قَالَ:

عَهِدَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَنَحْنُ بِخَيْبَرَ: أَلَّا نَقْتُلَ صَبِيًّا وَلَا امْرَأَةً
