وَقَالَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ: حَدَّثَنَا رَبَاحُ بْنُ أَبِي مَعْرُوفٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ؓ قَالَ: « إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ

نَهَى أَنْ تُوطَأَ النِّسَاءُ الْحَبَالَى مِنَ السَّبْيِ
