حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْإِصْطَخْرِيُّ، نَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْإِصْطَخْرِيُّ، نَا عِصْمَةُ بْنُ الْمُتَوَكِّلِ، نَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ الضَّرِيرُ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ، عَنْ بَيْعِ الْخُمُسِ حَتَّى يُقْسَمَ، وَعَنْ أَنْ تُوطَأَ النِّسَاءُ حَتَّى يَضَعْنَ مَا فِي بُطُونِهِنَّ، إِذَا كُنَّ حَبَالَى

✧ On the day of Hunayn, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade selling the fifth before it was divided, and forbade having intercourse with women until they had given birth, if they were pregnant.
