وَقَالَ إِسْحَاقُ: أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ الْعَقَدِيُّ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُلَيِّ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ اللَّخْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي قَيْسٍ، قَالَ: إِنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقَ - ؓ

كَتَبَ إِلَى أُمَرَاءِ الْأَجْنَادِ بِالشَّامِ: إِنَّكُمْ هَبَطْتُمْ أَرْضَ الرِّبَا، فَلَا تَبْتَاعُوا الذَّهَبَ بِالذَّهَبِ إِلَّا وَزْنًا بِوَزْنٍ، وَلَا الْوَرِقَ بِالْوَرِقِ إِلَّا وَزْنًا بِوَزْنٍ، وَلَا الطَّعَامَ بِالطَّعَامِ إِلَّا مِكْيَالًا بِمِكْيَالٍ
