جَهْلًا مِنَ الْمُتَكَلِّمِ وَالدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ الْكَلَامَ لَا يَقْطَعُ الصَّلَاةَ إِذَا لَمْ يَعْلَمِ الْمُتَكَلِّمُ أَنَّ الْكَلَامَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ مَحْظُورٌ غَيْرُ مُبَاحٍ " 977 859 859 - وَأَخْبَرَنَا الشَّيْخُ الْفَقِيهُ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُسْلِمِ السُّلَمِيُّ بِدِمَشْقَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عُثْمَانَ الصَّابُونِيُّ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا بُنْدَارٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ وَهُوَ الصَّوَّافُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ( ح ) وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هَاشِمٍ زِيَادُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، ( ح ) وَحَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي الْحَجَّاجُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ( ح ) وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ، قَالَ:

حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى. وَحَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا بِشْرٌ - يَعْنِي ابْنَ بَكْرٍ - عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ أَبِي مَيْمُونَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ السُّلَمِيُّ

✧ Al-Walid, meaning Ibn Muslim, narrated to us from al-Awza'i, from Yahya. And Yunus b. 'Abd al-A'la narrated to us, he said: Bishr, meaning Ibn Bakr, informed us from al-Awza'i, he said: Yahya narrated to me, from Hilal b. Abi Maymunah, he said: 'Ata' b. Yasar narrated to me, he said: Mu'awiyah b. al-Hakam al-Sulami narrated to us.

    ورواه الأوزاعي عن يحيى بن أبي كثير عن هلال بن أبي ميمونة عن عطاء بن يسار عن معاوية بن الحكم قال قلت يا رسول الله إنا كنا حديثي عهد بجاهلية فجاء الله بالإسلام وإن رجالا منا يتطيرون وذكر الخبر في الطيرة وفي إتيان الكهان وفي الخط وفي كلامهم في الصلاة

    machine translationAl-Awzāʿī narrated it from Yaḥyā b. Abī Kathīr, from Hilāl b. Abī Maymūnah, from ʿAṭāʾ b. Yasār, from Muʿāwiyah b. al-Ḥakam, who said: "I said: O Messenger of Allah, we were recently out of the Jāhiliyyah, then Allah brought Islam, and some men among us practice omen-taking (taṭayyur)." And he mentioned the report concerning omens (ṭiyarah), going to soothsayers, drawing lines (khaṭṭ), and speaking during the prayer.
