أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ كُلَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ وَائِلِ بْنِ حُجْرٍ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ:

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ " رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ حِينَ كَبَّرَ، وَحِينَ رَكَعَ، وَحِينَ رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ، وَقَالَ حِينَ سَجَدَ: هَكَذَا، وَجَافَى يَدَيْهِ عَنْ إِبِطَيْهِ، وَوَضَعَ فَخِذَهُ الْيُمْنَى عَلَى فَخِذِهِ الْيُسْرَى، وَقَالَ: هَكَذَا، وَنَصَبَ وَهْبٌ السَّبَّابَةَ وَعَقَدَ بِالْوُسْطَى

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ raised his hands when he said the takbir, when he bowed, and when he raised his head from bowing. And he said when he prostrated, 'Like this,' and he kept his hands away from his armpits. He placed his right thigh on his left thigh and said, 'Like this.' Wahb raised the index finger and formed a ring with the middle finger.
