✧ We came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ as young men close in age, and we stayed with him for twenty nights. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was merciful and kind. When he thought that we had missed our families and longed for them, he asked us about what we had left behind, and we told him. He said: “Return to your families, stay among them, teach them, and command them.” He mentioned things, some of which I remember and some I do not. “And pray as you have seen me pray. When the prayer time comes, let one of you call the adhan, and let the eldest of you lead you.”
