أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بِشْرٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ - يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ خَالِدٍ - وَهُوَ الْحَذَّاءُ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ:

أَنَّهُ رَأَى مَالِكَ بْنَ الْحُوَيْرِثِ إِذَا صَلَّى كَبَّرَ، وَرَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ، وَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَرْكَعَ رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ، وَإِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ، وَحَدَّثَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يُصَلِّي هَكَذَا

Translation

✧ He saw Malik b. al-Huwayrith, when he prayed, say the takbir and raise his hands; and when he intended to bow, he raised his hands; and when he raised his head from bowing, he raised his hands. And he reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray like that.
