حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، وَعَمْرَةَ

أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ، كَانَتْ إِذَا اعْتَكَفَتْ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ، فَدَخَلَتْ بَيْتَهَا لِحَاجَةٍ، لَمْ تَسْأَلْ عَنِ الْمَرِيضِ إِلَّا وَهِيَ مَارَّةٌ، قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ: " وَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ لَمْ يَكُنْ يَدْخُلُ الْبَيْتَ إِلَّا لِحَاجَةِ الْإِنْسَانِ، وَكَانَ يُدْخِلُ عَلَيَّ رَأْسَهُ وَهُوَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَأُرَجِّلُهُ ".

✧ 'A'ishah, when she performed spiritual retreat in the mosque and entered her house for a need, she would not ask about a sick person except while passing by. 'A'ishah said: "Indeed, the Messenger of God ﷺ would not enter the house except for human need, and he would put his head through to me while he was in the mosque, and I would comb it."
