وَلَسْنَا نَحْتَجُّ بِرِوَايَةِ لَيْثِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ، إِلَّا أَنَّ خَبَرَ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ سَلَمَةَ دَالٌّ عَلَى خِلَافِ رِوَايَةِ سُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ
فِي الْمُسَافِرِ يُصَلِّي خَلْفَ الْمُقِيمِ قَالَ: إِنْ شَاءَ سَلَّمَ فِي رَكْعَتَيْنِ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ ذَهَبَ
Translation
