قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: هَذَا الْخَبَرُ عِنْدِي دَالٌّ عَلَى أَنَّ الْمُسَافِرَ إِذَا [ صَلَّى خَلْفَ الْمُقِيمِ] فَعَلَيْهِ إِتْمَامُ الصَّلَاةِ، لِرِوَايَةِ لَيْثِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ الَّذِي حَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ: عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
فِي الْمُسَافِرِ يُصَلِّي خَلْفَ الْمُقِيمِ قَالَ: يُصَلِّي بِصَلَاتِهِ
