Those Muslims who were martyred on the day of Badr
[ وَمِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ ] وَمِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ، ثُمَّ مِنْ بَنِي عَمْرِو بْنِ عَوْفٍ: سَعْدُ بْنُ خَيْثَمَةَ، وَمُبَشِّرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمُنْذِرِ بْنِ زَنْبَرٍ رَجُلَانِ. [ مِنْ بَنِي الْحَارِثِ بْنِ الْخَزْرَجِ ] وَمِنْ بَنِي الْحَارِثِ بْنِ الْخَزْرَجِ: يَزِيدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، وَهُوَ الَّذِي يُقَالُ لَهُ: ابْنُ فُسْحُمَ. رَجُلٌ. [ مِنْ بَنِي سَلَمَةَ ] وَمِنْ بَنِي سَلِمَةَ، ثُمَّ مِنْ بَنِي حَرَامِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ غَنَمِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ: عُمَيْرُ بْنُ الْحُمَامِ. رَجُلٌ. [ مِنْ بَنِي حَبِيبٍ ] وَمِنْ بَنِي حَبِيبِ بْنِ عَبْدِ حَارِثَةَ بْنِ مَالِكِ بْنِ غَضْبِ بْنِ جُشَمٍ: رَافِعُ بْنُ الْمُعَلَّى. رَجُلٌ. [ مِنْ بَنِي النَّجَّارِ ] وَمِنْ بَنِي النَّجَّارِ: حَارِثَةُ بْنُ سُرَاقَةَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ. رَجُلٌ. [ مِنْ بَنِي غُنْمٍ ] وَمِنْ بَنِي غَنَمِ بْنِ مَالِكِ بْنِ النَّجَّارِ: عَوْفٌ وَمُعَوِّذٌ، ابْنَا الْحَارِثِ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ بْنِ سَوَادٍ، وَهُمَا ابْنَا عَفْرَاءَ. رَجُلَانِ. ثَمَانِيَةُ نَفَرٍ
Translation
✧ [And from the Anṣār] And from the Anṣār, then from the Banū ʿAmr b. ʿAwf: Saʿd b. Khaythama and Mubashshir b. ʿAbd al-Mundhir b. Zanbar — two men. [From the Banū al-Ḥārith b. al-Khazraj] And from the Banū al-Ḥārith b. al-Khazraj: Yazīd b. al-Ḥārith, who is called Ibn Fusḥum — one man. [From the Banū Salama] And from the Banū Salima, then from the Banū Ḥarām b. Kaʿb b. Ghanam b. Kaʿb b. Salama: ʿUmayr b. al-Ḥumām — one man. [From the Banū Ḥabīb] And from the Banū Ḥabīb b. ʿAbd Ḥāritha b. Mālik b. Ghaḍb b. Jusham: Rāfiʿ b. al-Muʿallā — one man. [From the Banū al-Najjār] And from the Banū al-Najjār: Ḥāritha b. Surāqa b. al-Ḥārith — one man. [From the Banū Ghunm] And from the Banū Ghanam b. Mālik b. al-Najjār: ʿAwf and Muʿawwidh, the two sons of al-Ḥārith b. Rifāʿa b. Sawād — they are the two sons of ʿAfrāʾ — two men. Eight persons.
