The genealogy of al-Nu'man b. al-Mundhir
[ نَسَبُ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ الْمُنْذِرِ ] فَمِنْ بَقِيَّةِ وَلَدِ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ نَصْرٍ النُّعْمَانُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ، فَهُوَ فِي نَسَبِ الْيَمَنِ وَعِلْمِهِمْ النُّعْمَانُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ الْمُنْذِرِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَدِيِّ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ نَصْرٍ، ذَلِكَ الْمَلِكُ. قَالَ ابْنُ هِشَامٍ: النُّعْمَانُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ بْنِ الْمُنْذِرِ، فِيمَا أَخْبَرَنِي خَلَفٌ الْأَحْمَرُ
Translation
✧ [THE LINEAGE OF AL-NUʿMĀN B. AL-MUNDHIR] From the remainder of the children of Rabīʿah b. Naṣr is al-Nuʿmān b. al-Mundhir. He is, in the genealogy of Yemen and their knowledge, al-Nuʿmān b. al-Mundhir b. al-Nuʿmān b. al-Mundhir b. ʿAmr b. ʿAdī b. Rabīʿah b. Naṣr, that king. Ibn Hishām said: Al-Nuʿmān b. al-Mundhir b. al-Mundhir, according to what Khalaf al-Aḥmar informed me.
