The genealogy of Murrah
[ أَوْلَادُ كَعْبٍ وَأُمُّهُمْ ] قَالَ ابْنُ إسْحَاقَ: فَوَلَدَ كَعْبُ بْنُ لُؤَيٍّ ثَلَاثَةَ نَفَرٍ: مُرَّةَ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، وَعَدِيَّ بْنَ كَعْبٍ، وَهُصَيْصَ بْنَ كَعْبٍ. وَأُمُّهُمْ وَحْشِيَّةُ بِنْتُ شَيْبَانَ بْنِ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ فِهْرِ بْنِ مَالِكِ بْنِ النَّضْرِ
Translation
✧ [The children of Kaʿb and their mother] Ibn Isḥāq said: Kaʿb b. Luʾayy begat three persons: Murrah b. Kaʿb, ʿAdī b. Kaʿb, and Huṣayṣ b. Kaʿb. Their mother was Waḥshiyyah bt. Shaybān b. Muḥārib b. Fihr b. Mālik b. al-Naḍr.
