أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْبُخَارِيِّ بِبَغْدَادَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ

«كَيْفَ أَنْعَمُ وَصَاحِبُ الصُّوَرِ قَدِ الْتَقَمَ الْقَرْنَ وَحَنَى جَبْهَتَهُ يَنْتَظِرُ مَتَى يُؤْمَرُ أَنْ يَنْفُخَ؟ » قَالَ قُلْنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَمَا نَقُولُ يَوْمَئِذٍ؟ قَالَ «قُولُوا حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ»

✧ How can I be at ease when the blower of the trumpet has put the horn to his mouth, bowed his forehead, and is waiting for the command to blow?' They said: 'O Messenger of Allah, what should we say that day?' He said: 'Say: Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs.'
