وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ:
فِي الصَّائِمِ يَتَوَضَّأُ فَيَدْخُلُ حَلْقَهُ مِنْ وَضُوئِهِ، قَالَ: إِنْ كَانَ ذَاكِرًا لِصَوْمِهِ فَعَلَيْهِ الْقَضَاءُ، وَإِنْ كَانَ نَاسِيًا فَلَا شَيْءَ عَلَيْهِ
