يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، عَنْ حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ هَرِمٍ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ جَابِرُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ كَانَ صَائِمًا فَتَوَضَّأَ فَسَبَقَهُ الْمَاءُ إِلَى حَلْقِهِ: يُفْطِرُ [١]؟ قَالَ: لَا وَلْيُتِمَّ صِيَامَهُ
