✧ On the man who becomes junub in a garment and seeks it but does not find it

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي غَنِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ
فِي الْجَنَابَةِ [فِي الثَّوْبِ] [١]قَالَ: إِنْ رَأَيْتَهُ فَاغْسِلْهُ، وَإِنْ لَمْ تَرَهُ فَدَعْهُ، وَلَا تَنْضَحْهُ بِالْمَاءِ فَإِنَّ النَّضْحَ لَا يَزِيدُهُ إِلَّا قَذَرًا.
