حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ رَجَاءِ بْنِ حَيْوَةَ، عَنْ قَبِيصَةَ بْنِ ذُؤَيْبٍ قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ:
مَا أَحْرَزَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ مِنْ أَمْوَالِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَغَزَوْهُمْ بَعْدُ وَظَهَرُوا عَلَيْهِمْ فَوَجَدَ رَجُلٌ مَالَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تُقْسَمَ السِّهَامُ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ، وَإِنْ كَانَ قُسِمَ فَلَا شَيْءَ لَهُ
