حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ عَلِيٌّ:
هُوَ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ عَامَّةً؛ لِأَنَّهُ كَانَ لَهُمْ مَالًا
