حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ عَنْ ثَوْرٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ:
لَا يُعْطَى مِنَ الْمَغْنَمِ شَيْءٌ حَتَّى يُقْسَمَ إِلَّا لِرَاعٍ، أَوْ حَارِسٍ أَوْ سَائِقٍ غَيْرِ مُوَلَّهٍ
