حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ وَأَبِي هَاشِمٍ قَالَا
فِي رَجُلٍ قَتَلَ رَجُلًا عَمْدًا، فَحُبِسَ لِيُقَادَ بِهِ، فَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ فَقَتَلَهُ عَمْدًا، قَالَا: لَا يُقَادُ بِهِ
