حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا قَتَلَ الرَّجُلُ مُتَعَمِّدًا، ثُمَّ قَتَلَ الْقَاتِلَ رَجُلٌ مُتَعَمِّدًا؛ قُتِلَ الْأَوْسَطُ
