حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ عَنْ عُمَرَ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
مِيرَاثُهُ كُلُّهُ لِأُمِّهِ، وَيَعْقِلُ عَنْهُ عَصَبَتُهَا، كَذَلِكَ وَلَدُ الزِّنَى، وَوَلَدُ النَّصْرَانِيِّ وَأُمُّهُ مُسْلِمَةٌ
