حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ مُوسَى يَقُولُ:
الِاجْتِمَاعُ فِينَا عَلَى الْمَقْتُولِ: أَنْ يُمْسِكَ الرَّجُلَ وَيَضْرِبَهُ الْآخَرُ، فَهُمَا شَرِيكَانِ عِنْدَنَا فِي دَمِهِ، يُقْتَلَانِ جَمِيعًا
